Please fill out this form if you would like to be a food vendor in 2026 (if you were one in 2025)

OR if you would like to be added to the wait-list to be a new fair food vendor if there is space avalable.

 

Hello Concessionaires,

Food Concession Hours will be as follows:

County Fair: July 20th-25th 2026   M-F 4p-10p and Saturday 3p-11p (All vehicles must be off the midway by 3p NO EXCEPTIONS)

Once you fill out the form below, you will be emailed a copy of our Golf Cart Policy and Food Vendor Manual/Contract.

 

The Golf Cart Policy was adopted by the Board in 2018, and it needs to be signed and returned to finalize your application even if you do not plan to bring a golf cart. Please note: Priority will be given to vendors who were with us in 2025 and renewing their spaces for 2026, and then we will reach out to new vendors as space is available on a first come first serve basis.

Golf Cart Policy needs to be signed and turned into the fair office by May 15, 2026.

 

Total Amount Due must be paid by June 12th 2026. If paid past this date there will be a 10% late fee for the total space cost.

Total frontage is measured from front of the tongue to back including bumper.  If you require additional space at the fair, it will be $35.00 per additional foot. (total space cost subject to 10% charge if paid after June 12, 2026) ALL SPOTS BEHIND GRANDSTANDS ARE PRICED AT $30/FT

Please see Julie or a fair employee upon entering the grounds. They will direct you to your spot and assist you with parking your vehicle and your hook up. Do not attempt to do this on your own. Remember all vehicles must be off the midway by 3:00pm.

Food/Drink Listing

All Shake Ups 16oz $3 and 32oz $5 minimum

Refills at the discretion of each Concessionaire

Please list a sample or all food/drink options you will sell

Golf Cart Form and Food Vendor Manual will be emailed to you and must be submitted with signed vendor application and payment prior to final reservation.
