Must Submit Signed Facilities Use Agreement with payment to finalize application! The agreement and full contract will be emailed to you after submission of this form.


Set Up: Sun, July 13 (2PM - 5PM) or Mon, July 14 (10AM - 3PM)

(Must be ready to open by 4PM on Mon, July 14)


Tear Down: Sat, July 19 (9PM) or Mon, July 21 (10AM - 12PM)


All arrangements for late retrieval of display items must be made with Jessica or the Fair Office during normal business hours (9AM-4PM).

  • Total Balance is due by June 30, 2025

  • After June 30 the Single Booth Rental will be $350
